My Pretty Week began as a way for owner, Lisa to let off some creative steam. Having been a paper crafter for years, making cards alone was no longer cutting it and being a lover of all things stationery, as well as paper based organisation, planner dividers became her focus.
Lisa had a Filofax (or two) and the plain cream dividers they contained were OK, they functioned well but she thought that they could be so much more. She used a lot of digital papers and elements in her paper crafting already so it seemed like a natural progression to use them in her business too.
Now into the 4th year of My Pretty Week, Lisa has amassed over 20,000 sales on Etsy, (where My Pretty Week was launched) maintaining a 5-star review rating on the site and runs My Pretty Week full time, by herself; referring to herself as a one-woman band taking care of making and fulfilling orders as well as customer service (although her husband now does the post run for her, which is a great help).
When not surrounding herself with pens, paper and planners, Lisa loves to read, listen to audiobooks, immerse herself in the News and spend quality time with her husband and their (rather spoiled) dog.
Everything ordered from My Pretty Week is handmade by Lisa, a fact she takes great pride in.
