What is your refund and cancellation policy?

CANCELLATIONS:

  • For made to order items: My items are custom made to order to your requirements, the cancellation period is 24 hours. After 24 hours, your order will be marked as processing and will not be able to be cancelled after this point.

  • For ready to ship and all other items, the cancellation period is 14 days. Please contact me within 14 days to cancel your order.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

If your item is eligible for return according to the table below, items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

A refund of the purchase price plus the outgoing delivery charge will be given once the goods have been returned.

Purchaser bears the cost of returning the goods.

Please note that the original packaging is not required but you must return the order in sufficient protective packaging for it to survive the rigours of the postal system. Partial refunds of 50% of the order value plus the original shipping cost will be given if you have damaged the items before returning them or have not packaged them sufficiently and the order is damaged in return post.

Please ensure that you have ordered the correct size items to fit your planner. If you are unsure, please contact me before placing your order.

DAMAGE: If your order has arrived damaged, please contact me no later than 7 days after you have received your order. I will require photographs of the packaging and order for insurance purposes before a refund is given or a replacement item sent.

I don’t want to pay any duties, can you mark my order as a gift?

No. This is against the law. Purchasers are responsible for import duty. I mark the total of your order excluding shipping on the customs form.

Are these dividers foiled/glossy/sparkly?

Any papers which look sparkly, glittery or metallic, they are glitter/foiled/metallic effect only. I use digital papers to make the dividers. There won’t be any actual shine/sparkle on the items unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

All items which are made to order will be noted on the product page. Dividers are handmade by Lisa Sumpter. If you would like to see how the patterns look when printed, please send an email to customer.service[at]myprettyweek.com.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your shopping experience with My Pretty Week, please submit your complaint to customer.service[at]myprettyweek.com  Every effort will be made to resolve your complaint, however in the unlikely event that your complaint cannot be resolved, you are still dissatisfied, and you are a purchaser from within the EU, you may use Online Dispute Resolution (a fee may be payable to use this service).

Wholesale Queries

Please contact me for wholesale prices and to discuss your requirements. For subscription boxes, I am not able to make divider sets for these, please provide at least 1 months notice per 2000 bookmarks required.
